In fact, it is precisely because of Maggie’s love for all things red – red-headed heroines,
red-boiled lobsters, red sand beaches, red Niagara-on-the-Lake wines and red velvet
cakes – that she became a writer of her own red-headed heroine and published with a
red-logoed publisher aptly named Lobster Press.

Today, Maggie L. Wood resides with her daughter (another red-headed heroine) and
husband (not a red-head, but still very hero-like) in London, Ontario, where she
prefers the red fall foliage over the gold and orange and the red brick houses over the
beige and brown. If you would like to know more about Maggie and her writing, please
refer to this interview she did with her publisher Lobster Press.
And thank you for your kind interest!
